25.01.2022 What an awesome sight outside this morning. Such stillness and even the seal is just lazing around in the water.

21.01.2022 Being a long weekend, we have had several families, groups and individuals with us but this group from Adelaide spoiled Bryan with a very tasty meal for which he was most appreciative. A delightful family who were celebrating a birthday for Aftab Pabani and had a wonderful time on the Island together.

18.01.2022 Last evening this massive black bus arrived bringing with it 1 driver, 1 tour guide and 14 guests from Adelaide. They will be with us for 2 nights. It’s great to see tours starting again.

16.01.2022 Our Villas have been totally booked for awhile now and this won’t change for a couple of weeks. So good to see the property flourishing with guests and vehicles. I am back to work this week following shoulder surgery 6 weeks ago. The sling is still on and my left arm gets plenty of opportunity to extend itself! Bin Day today too which always makes me groan as there are 19 to deal with but it’s all good, time for a quick sit down before more check ins arrive.

14.01.2022 A very warm welcome to Melissa, Sam, Joel, Lacey and Mia Griffiths from Adelaide. Melissa knew my son, Rohan Smith, from high school in Mount Gambier and that was many years ago. They left us this morning after a few days in KI. A lovely family

13.01.2022 A get together for these guests from Adelaide. Heading off for the day despite the cold and rain. All rugged up and looking ready for the weather.

07.01.2022 A very happy belated 30th birthday Tom Anderson. Great to have you back with us after a quiet time due to the Corona Virus. Only 3 working today so a small get together to celebrate and party with Tom. A truly beautiful day in Kingscote and Bryan Branson shot these photos across from our Villas. Stunning.

06.01.2022 If you thinking of coming to KI and would stay at our Villas, it would be advisable to book early. The Island is coming alive again and we are receiving many bookings so your choice of dates could be limited. Would love to see you, come on over!!

05.01.2022 Last week was busy with trades people and it was great to be back in the flow. The weather was fantastic and several of our guests enjoyed fishing with limited success. The view from the front of the villas was extremely clear in fact it’s the furthest up the coast we’ve ever seen.

05.01.2022 Since moving to KI 7 years ago, I have been in awe of the beautiful oceanic scenery. Would love to see other photos taken from your window or close by. This photo was taken tonight from our driveway.

04.01.2022 Although it’s a wet day on KI today, Bryan was most excited to see the One and All out of our window. He took a closer look. Awesome.

04.01.2022 Today Steve Jolly, aka The Leak Whisperer came from Adelaide to repair 4 impossible roof leaks. He found them, fixed them and has gone already. Thanks Steve, good job.

03.01.2022 It is so great to have friends from over 41yrs, staying with us. Sally Rendell, Lea and Jo who I have just met. A big day out for them yesterday. Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch, Stokes Bay, lunch at Vivonne Bay shop and on to Emu Bay as Jo has a friend there. Caught up with them this morning with my coffee in hand and although yesterday was a little wet they seemed to have had a very pleasant but tiring day.

01.01.2022 Our villas are quiet this weekend while our workers take a fishing charter. They very kindly dropped some fish off for us.
