02.01.2022 $$ Delicious espressos but sorry need to talk dollars for a minute. We’re all about honesty here so no surprises on charges or what you get for your dollar from Vinbar The smaller guest numbers generally the higher the cost per head. We’ve had a few small event enquiries for obvious reasons and we totally get that you want to keep costs low but we also need to cover costs! Small biz at its best Our prices are generally always per head/per guest. That means you... know exactly what your total price is based on your total number of guests. If you tell us less guest numbers than there is on the day as a way of saving $$ then guess what....those ‘extras’ may be very thirsty or worse, we could run out all together, which is ours and your worst nightmare...a party with no booze Our prices haven’t changed much in the last 3 years mainly because we’ve got it pretty down pat but also because we don’t like to rip you off. They might seem a little steep at first but when you consider everything is included (drinks, van/bar, glassware, staff, travel etc) in that price per head then you’re getting a pretty damn good deal for a night out we believe There’s the money talk in a nutshell. 02.01.2022 Licensing But first, how’s this cutie asking for a(nother ) soft drink at a gorgeous Walla wedding by @rachaelemmily So liquor licensing It’s a question we get asked a LOT! And there’s a reason why we are the type you can take anywhere because quite literally our NSW & VIC liquor licences come with us to every event or function. Of course, we can’t just pull up to any old public car park/playground/main st and start serving booze. Hell no, there’s many, like 25... at least, conditions we need to adhere to. And yes we take them very seriously, because after all there’s hefty fines and a lot to lose if we don’t play by the rules. BUT, we CAN do the following after consultation with local council and police: come to your private property for your private function and responsibly supply and serve drinks sell drinks at public events (which we obtain the permits for you) arrive at your workplace premises and organise all the drinks, ice and staff for you pretty much take all the booze and non booze hard work out of the equation when you need to organise a reason to party!! So get in touch if you’re finding it all too much and just want to hand it over to the experts We know people, we know the rules and regs and we most certainly know DRINKS
