21.01.2022 MONDAY!!! Try a Plant-Based Meal for the beginning of the week and feel VIRTUOUS for the next 6 days. (true story y’all ;)) We have delicious Australian, Certified Organic Dried Chickpeas. which will make a gorgeous Chickpea shakshuka - this moroccan inspired dish has a kick, but with free range eggs, smoky paprika and caraway seeds, it is both meat free AND perfect to serve with baked chia seed flat mountain bread. After you soak the chickpeas - it is a 25min cook time sa...ving is in its very essence! (And this recipe uses canned beans anyway!) Plus, if you don’t want the hassle of making your own Harissa.Barbara makes the MOST fabulous Rose Harissa, which is available instore now. (See? We are VERY helpful! lol) Go here for the recipe: https://www.womensweeklyfood.com.au//chickpea-shakshuka-29 Happy Monday!

18.01.2022 Make something fabulous with this week’s pork from @claydonpark_milton! Gorgeous Berkshire pork - roasts, ribs or chopsand of course our sausages (Sage, Rosemary & Leek this time) these beauties will NOT last, so get in quick while you can! :)

16.01.2022 *** This JAM-marinated Fried Chicken has been missing from your life. Seriously *** It may sound a bit wacky - but it is SOOO dang good.and it is super easy. Marinate the chicken in jam (and I will say to all those with empty-pantry-syndrome - this is interchangeable with literally any jam - we had the ends of marmalade and a bit plum of plum and it worked PERFECTLY), vinegar and egg. Dredge in the flour mix, and then fry or if too hard - which it was for us - dump on ...an oven tray and roast for 30mins on 200 or until crispy and delicious. It’s official: this has ruined us for all other fried chicken. Nothing will ever be quite as good now, but totally worth it! Pair with mixed salad leaf from Coopers Growing, or roast some beets from Claydon Park and if you are looking for some epic jam - look no further than The Allotment - Barbara makes it all and there is probably a mixed berry jam on the shelf with your name on it! And all in the one shop. That’s us. Tres helpful. Link to recipe here: https://cooking.nytimes.com//1021444-berry-jam-fried-chick Go NYTimes Cooking. Happy Wednesday!

Anyway - Organic Desiree potatoes, now available in-store - Delicious, a little bit fancy (they’re pink!) and not just reser...ved for roasting - steam, mash or make into a delish roasted potato salad with caramelised onion & garlic aioli Thanks to @coopersgrowing for the hookup. :) See more
