23.01.2022 VMS Committee Announcement, August 2020. As a result of the recent AGM and a subsequent committee meeting, the new committee for 2020/2021 is: Chairman: John Combes... Treasurer: Ross Boulter Secretary: Terri Sugars Assistant Secretary: Norm Young Committee Members: Adam Price, Simon Robinson, John Bartlem, John Hadsis. We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to Roy for all his outstanding work as chairman, to Lynton for his amazing support for membership (and everything else), to Alf, Frank, Richard and all the committee members for managing the Shed safely through the difficulties of this year. The new committee will work to continue the high standards set by these members.
22.01.2022 Vincent Men's Shed is all about our volunteers. A big thank you goes to member Trevor Wilbraham who has stepped in to help with cleaning duties at the shed.
22.01.2022 Upcoming Events: Thursday 22nd October at 10.30 Dian Fogarty from The Invasive Species Program Dept of Biodiversity, Parks and Wildlife Service will give presentation titled 'Cane Toad Eradication'. Please come and support this interesting topic. Sausage Sizzle Saturday November 7th. We will have Shed Song as special guests.

16.01.2022 Closed Monday 28th September 2020. Please note the shed will be closed this coming Monday for the WA Queen's Birthday holiday.
14.01.2022 VMS Members Christmas Lunch 2020 is at 12 noon December 12th. The event is open to all members and their partners. The cost is $10 per person donation. BYO drinks. 11.01.2022 New VMS member Mirella goes through her induction with day manager Murray. All new members have the same basic induction on shed policies and basic safety, as well as more in depth safety training on specific machines.
11.01.2022 Thank you to Matthew Clements and our VMS member Ryan Nicholson from ShedSong, a new community initiative through WA Men's Sheds to help wellbeing by getting men to make some noise. Matthew and Ryan attended our Saturday Sausage Sizzle giving a great presentation with everyone out of their seats having great fun making noise. 11.01.2022 Hello members. Please note we have updated our 2020 festive season opening times: Our last day of opening in 2020 is Saturday December 19th. We reopen on Monday January 11th 2021. The committee will be having a cleanup in the shed whilst it is closed so can everyone please either remove or clearly tag their work with a storage date and name and if possible store neatly on the shelves.... The committee would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. Please keep safe and we will see you in the new year. Thank you for all those that have supported us in our various endeavors during this last year.
07.01.2022 Vincent Men's Shed has a new tag on system. Find your name tag when you arrive and tap against the card reader. Check the on screen message to ensure it says 'Tag On Success'. Tag again, to see the 'Goodbye' message when you leave.
