20.01.2022 GRAZIE Thanks to those who joined us last Friday night for the first our our New Release Wine Tastings. We were absolutely chuffed that the warmth and fun of our cellar door experience translates so well to zoom! Joined by @mr_giorgio_linguanti and the team from @thatsamorecheese the passion for food and wine was in abundance. Mario favoured lightly oaked, savoury styles that used whole bunch in a measured way to create layered aromatics. An interesting look at Australian versions of a Sicilian variety by a Friulano!
