23.01.2022 There are currently four developments in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: 1: Central Park (including the tallest tower in Southeast Asia, the Landmark 81 Tower) 2: Golden River (largest development site in District 1) 3: District 4 Riverfront - yet to be named... 4: District 2 Riverfront Central Business District - yet to be named. In 2015 Vingroup sold 14,000 apartments, villas and shophouses, throughout Vietnam, the vast majority being sold by Vinhomes. The Vinhomes Golden River Project was launched on April 10th. 2016.
