25.01.2022 Updated Appointment Information. As we have mentioned on a number of occasions if you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us in advance as we do not charge a cancellation fee. We totally understand if you are called into work or you have an unexpected event, but please let us know. It has been a very difficult year for many businesses and the beauty industry is one of those. So i’m sure all salons would agree that its not acceptable to not show up to your appointment... or make contact. Sadly due to a number of ‘No Shows’ all appointments that are 1.5 hours or more will now require a 50% deposit. Your understanding & co-operation will be greatly appreciated. xo
