25.01.2022 Monday's are always better when it's a long weekend. QLD is acknowledging Queens Birthday today and we will be observing this public holiday and will be closed today for local pick up. 20.01.2022 Today, the staff members at Vinyl World experienced something that we never thought would happen. We had to call the police due to an abusive customer. With our staff effected, we wanted to remind everyone that there is never any reason to abuse staff members. Vinyl World has a zero tolerance policy for any abuse whether it be verbally, physically or in text form. Whilst we know that all of our beautiful customers are for the most part wonderful and a pleasure to deal with,... we will no longer deal with abuse of any kind. Whilst we know that times are stressful, and each person has their own issues to deal with in life, there is never a reason to treat another person in life the way we were treated today. Hence why weve introduced a Zero Tolerance policy. Should a customer abuse our staff, their order will be immediately refunded and theyll be unable to shop at Vinyl World thereafter. We are sorry weve had to write such a post! Thank you to all of our lovely customers who have supported us continually throughout the years. Who have inspired us and who have cheered us on. Santa Sacks: Due to arrive in port tomorrow and will arrive to us a few days after the boozy baubles. Santa Sack designs and price are the same as last year. Please note - we will not have restocks after they have sold out due to the longer freight time at the moment.
