06.01.2022 Dear our valued customers, It is with a heavy heart that the team at Viola Jewellers had to make the most difficult decision to temporarily close our doors due to the current CONVID-19 health crisis. We feel that this is within the best interest of our team and our customers as in store jewellery retail simply does not allow for social distancing. Although we cannot offer our expertise in store, we are still working very hard behind the scenes to ensure that all of our value...d customers needs are fulfilled. We are still offering all jewellery sales, repairs and hand made items remotely, as well as allowing our customers that currently have lay-bys to make payments via direct deposit. We are offering a no contact pickup and drop off service. Alternatively, we also allow you to pick up or drop off your items to us (with no contact of course). All services can be organised via phone calls/texts, email as well as our social media platforms and all payments can be done via bank transfer. If you have any questions on how all of this will work, or require any of our services, feel free to get in contact via any of the details below.
