23.01.2022 Do you really know yourself? Do you believe that whatever we know about ourselves could be or is the opinion of others. Someone might say, "You are good," and so you think you are good. Then someone might say "You are beautiful," and so you think you are beautiful. Then they may say, "You are bad" or "You are ugly"! so then you think you are bad or ugly. People live their whole lives believing in what others say, dependent on others. That's why people are very afraid of oth...ers' opinions. If they think you are bad, you become bad. If they condemn you, you start condemning yourself. Whenever you ask who you are, many answers will come. Some answers will be your mother's, some will be your father's, some will be your teacher's, and so on and so forth. What ever people say about you, you go on collecting. That becomes your self-identity. It is utterly false because nobody else can know younobody can know who you are except you, yourself. Now I want to share my story of Self. Have you been in alone-ness? You know the place that a lot of people are afraid to go into because the moment they start going into alone-ness they are afraid of losing themselves because whatever self they created out of others' opinions will have to be left behind and that can be very scary to go into. I am on that journey Now and have been for a while. The deeper I go into alone-ness, the less I know who I am and this scares the shiaaat out of me sometimes because I now have to drop all ideas about the self I had. I seriously became LOST because all that I knew was no longer relevant to myself. I was so afraid but now I am not. I am not afraid of the "Dark " night of the Soul because I know that once I have passed it that there is dawn, the sun will rise and fill my heart and Soul with light and I will stand in truthfulness, no more hiding behind the mask, or opinions, answers and control of others, I will show my true face, live my TRUTH and listen to my Inner voice. When I want to be angry, I will be angry. When I want to laugh, I will laugh. When I want to be happy, I will be happy. When I want to cry wholeheartedly, I will cry wholeheartedly. When I want to dance, I will dance like no one is watching me. I will not suppress any of my feelings or emotions anymore. Karmic clearance, my emotions are being TRIGGERED BIG TIME right now emotions and the feelings associated with them that obviously haven't been released from my childhood...WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge thank you to my husband, thank you family and thank you to everyone that has been contributing in my triggering of negative emotions and limiting beliefs that I was still carrying. I just said to myself wow , there was so much beauty and the feeling of joy and stillness at the same time. I just want to remind each and everyone of us that sometimes when we just keep moving and only looking at what's in front of us or down below, take time to STOP and teally be present for a moment and really embrace and feel god's divin...e creations and beauty.
