24.01.2022 Instead of telling you of my services today I thought I'd show you around my home. I do feel it is important that you see more than the chair I am sitting in during all my sessions be it the 1:1 Sessions or the Healing Circles. Enjoy and please ignore the slight mess. I didn't prepare this and just decided last minute that I was going to do this video. Therefore my house looks as it generally does on a Friday.... slightly chaotic......

Today is all about fun and playfulness as you increase your awareness about your own energy field. To start doing any kind of Spiritual Activity it is really important to know your own energy and energy field really well. If you don't know yourself very well it can come easily to confusions about what is your own and what is from others. You can only make a clear distinction if you know yourself close to 100%. So try the exercise in the video and share with us your experience and how it makes you feel to extend your energy out of your own body stretching it as far as you feel comfortable. Any questions? I am often asked how do I connect to my guides, how do I know I have guides and how do I communicate with a guide. There is no secret with this, it is actually really simple and I can guarantee you, everybody is capable of communicating with guides. You need space, discipline and patience, pract...ice and easy questions. When you first start communicating with your guides it will feel like hallucinations or you are going mad or like something out of a Science Fiction Movie, but I promise you, it's not! 12.01.2022 Today I conquered a big fear of mine... I am scared of depths. Whenever I look down, swimming in the ocean I panick and hyperventilate. My imagination runs it's course and all I can do is get out of the water as quick as I can. Swimming 50 m out into the ocean along the rope on the picture, is one scary exercise for me.One I have avoided for many years. Now, my son has swim lessons in the Ocean at the moment and he is absolutely horrified of swimming over rocks. We supported... him and tried to help him to get over his fear with facts as good as we could. This morning I decided, if I want him to be able to overcome his fear swimming over the rocks to the end of the 50m rope, I will have to overcome my own. So inbetween swim classes I went out there and swam fighting my own demons. I did it And so did my amazing little man when it was his turn. He swam all the way to the end overcoming his fears just as I had done 1 hour before him. The mind is powerful and facing your own fears is liberating and uplifting, no matter how long it takes or how often you have to try it. Watch out 2021!

06.01.2022 Thought I'd share some pondering I have done in regards to my voice: "A voice is a powerful tool. It can be kind and filled with love. It can uplift others and yourself. Your voice can be filled with compassion and understanding. A voice can be nagging and hurtful, filled with judgement and blame. Words can say one thing, the voice speaking the words can express differently.... Many say spoken words are powerful. What about the voice that expresses the words? A voice speaking its truth. A voice not silenced by conformities and social obligations. A voice that can express opinions without being judged or judge, but listen to and being acknowledged. What if we all find our authentic voices? What if we allow our kids their voice at all times? What if we allow our children to grow up with a strong voice? What if we guide them to use their voice honestly and with meaning? How would our world change?" What comes up for you reading this? As a natural Healer I find it difficult at times to have a strong voice in certain groups of people. But not having your voice means denying to be who you truly are. Who are you?
