24.01.2022 Well looking forward to hosting another great event this evening. Just about ready to kick it all off. Bar Frigie is bursting at the seams, the eskys are full of ice already to go. Cake is ready to go. BBQ is all thats left to go but all the food is ready to be cooked

22.01.2022 Christmas lights 2013 VIP style only 50% working tonight

22.01.2022 Well the VIP Lounge has been packed up ready for our holiday. Sad to see but we will be back soon.

21.01.2022 Round 1 of 4 is in the new smoker, first use so looking forward to tasting the results. 2 blade chunks around 3kgs each. Next in in about an hour is 3.5kg brisket. Followed by some Frenched pork ribs. Last but not least will be a couple of chooks. Looking to tonights festivities for Camerons Birthday.

19.01.2022 Santas presents all under the tree

19.01.2022 Well today we will be firing up the smoker once again. We will be cooking up pork roast, pork ribs, whole chooks and most likely a whole lot more. Over 8 hours of cooking so very shortly I will be getting the fire going. But I need to make up a new batch of my rub for pork and another one for the poultry. I will be posting some pics later on.

17.01.2022 Well tonight Santa comes early to the VIP Lounge..... The Hayman family will be over for a feast then Santa will be coming to deliver all the secret presents. So we have a busy day ahead preparing for all of our guests. See you all soon and to everyone else who cant make it... We wish you a Merry Christmas.

17.01.2022 Well tonight was the planned switch on of the VIP Lounges multi award winning Christmas light display..... However due to injury the full light display will be delayed until closer to christmas. There will be a switch on tonight unfortunately the show will be only about 50% with so much work still to go we hope the injuries dont impede the display much longer

13.01.2022 Well we have done it again. 1st place in the Yulara Christmas Light completion. 16,344 individual LEDs controlled by 234 computer controlled channels. We hope to next year be bigger and better.

13.01.2022 Well it is Paella day at the VIP Lounge today. I am looking forward to cooking our first Paella. I am also very nervous as I dont want to stuff it up, I just hope it turns out and tastes great.

09.01.2022 Well we have our new reverse smoker grill fired up and smoking, beef brisket has been in for an hour looking beautiful just added the chicken beside it a little early but just couldnt wait any longer.
