25.01.2022 It's spring! ... Please make sure your dogs (and cats) are desexed! Around 44,000 dogs are euthanased in Australia by shelters and pounds in a year. https://www.australiandoglover.com//why-and-when-should-yo

23.01.2022 A word of warning for those with yuccas in your backyard. They are very poisonous to dogs if they accidentally brush passed them and come into contact with the sharp point.

22.01.2022 Remember this when you adopt a dog. Be patient.

17.01.2022 Puppy sitting 3 extras at the moment. They decided it was too hot to stare at the chooks all day and spent most of the day inside under the air con.

15.01.2022 This is Django and Jess, 2 beautiful Border Collies I had stay with me for nearly 3 weeks while their Mum and Dad enjoyed an overseas holiday. I offer in home pet sitting as well as grooming. They sleep inside and enjoy plenty of playtime in the backyard. I’m fully insured and trained in Pet First Aid. Message me for more details.

14.01.2022 What a pleasure it was to meet Bubbles and Truffles today. https://www.facebook.com/vipgroomingandpets/activity_feed/

13.01.2022 In my 16 years of grooming, I’ve only ever had one serious bite from a dog. Needed 5 stitches and happened during my first year. Nail trimming is a tricky business. Not sure I’d be taking on this guy.

10.01.2022 Is your dog working from home at the moment.

10.01.2022 Santa Knows Best!!

09.01.2022 I welcomed little Archie into the VIP family today. He came in a little worse for wear. Archie is now ready for the hot summer weather ahead.

08.01.2022 Meet Dash. He’s a beautiful little border collie cross. His desperate Mum called from Robinvale needing an appointment ASAP. He had a little dip in the river, got into some mud and then found some clover burrs. She literally jumped in her car and drove to Mildura so I could help him out. A good brush out, a spa bath and conditioning treatment and he was ready for a summer haircut to help manage his coat. A whole different dog underneath. He was pretty happy to have those prickles removed from his armpits.

08.01.2022 I am still open for business. Taking all necessary precautions to protect myself and all clients in these difficult times. I am trying to work from home as much as possible and will only do one dog at a time.

07.01.2022 Not telling you anything we don't already know.

07.01.2022 Some dogs enjoy their grooming experience and some don’t. I would get this welcome from Millie every time I visited. Millie now lives in London with her pawrents. She knew the sound of my car and would start doing this before I set up.

05.01.2022 Meet Dash. Poor Dash found himself in a bit of a pickle after having a swim in the river, rolling in mud and then to top it off, found a dry patch of clover burrs. Dash's Mum made the emergency trip from Robinvale to Mildura to get him sorted. He needed the works! Spa bath and conditioner and then a summer do so if he decided to do it again, he would be a lot easier to maintain. Now one happy boy.

05.01.2022 Please walk your pooch's in the early morning or late evening in hot weather. Dogs are not able to regulate their body temperature very well and can overheat quickly.

03.01.2022 Hopefully common sense will prevail in this heatwave. You wouldn't walk on a pavement in bare feet so don't expect your dog to.

02.01.2022 Yep. They will still end up on the bed.
