We train all fitness levels and all levels of health. Clients have access to a private forum where you can view videos and posts on training, nutrition, events and lifestyle info - No Fads, No BS and as much support as you require to help you reach your goals. There are no mobiles, no mirrors, no social media posts about you, all group sessions are private, so that you can concentrate on you. It can be very daunting starting a health and fitness program that includes training in front of others, we understand that and we have eliminated many of the factors that play into clients not wanting to train. 09.01.2022 It’s been so good seeing everyone back training!!! Reminder that Monday & Tuesday next week we are closed. ... This weekend is normally the 4 Peaks Alpine Hike / Run Challenge. Below you can find details of 4 days of 4 different mountains. You can walk, hike or run any of the following Peaks. DOWNLOAD the All Trails App and search for the trails for Mt Buffalo & Feathertop. (Mystic & Clearspot I don’t believe are in there) I suggest the following schedule which everyone is welcome to get amongst with your walking/hiking/running buddies or you can pick and choose something that suits you and your own schedule. *Please note this is not a VIPT organised event, there’s no cost, there’s no timing, no placing, no medals and I am not leading any groups etc, it’s just a great long weekend to get out amongst the hills. It would be great to see a few on the top of Mystic on the Friday night (remember it will be daylight savings) 7pm meet at the top. ^^ If you intend on doing this one let me know and I will send you a PIN DROP in maps so you can find the start / climb. See you up there for a Friday 30th Mystic Sunset Run - allow and hour for the climb 6pm Start, Head up Mystic or Goats Track. All meet at the top at 7pm and then run the road out. Approx 10km allow 1.5 / 2hrs ^Highly Recommended Toughness scale 6/10 if walking Saturday 31st Mt Buffalo Big Walk - 7am Start, Leave from the Eurobin Creek Carpark and follow the Big Walk Track to the Mt Buffalo Chalet. Approx 20km return, allow 4hrs to 6hrs ^Highly Recommended Toughness Scale 6/10 if walking Sunday 1st Nov 2 Options Option 1, Mt Feathertop - 7am Start, The trail head may be busy so best to park in Harrietville near the general store and walk up the road to the Bungalow Spur trail head. Approx 22km return, allow 5hrs to 8hrs ^Highly Recommended Toughness Scale 8/10 if walking Option 2, Bon Accord Trail Loop Approx 40km, allow 7hrs to 12hrs *This is the reverse loop of the Alpine Challenge course and is a rough day out. ^Not Recommended Toughness Scale 9/10 Monday 2nd Nov Clearspot Loop (similar time Mystic) - 7am Start in town location to be organised. Tough climb up the face of Clearspot (Mystic on steroids) and then we can decide to loop around to the top of mystic or the other way running the ridge out or the road. Approx 10km return, allow 2 to 4hrs ^ Highly Recommended Toughness Scale 7/10 if walking Tuesday 3rd Try and walk Melbourne Cup Day Any questions let me know. 03.01.2022 Welcome to 2021 Positive thoughts only this year, let’s hope that we can have an uninterrupted year of training (with no COVID closures) and that everyone has the opportunity to improve their health and fitness. Plenty of events on the calendar to get involved with. (Running, Trail Running, Hiking, Spartan Races, Triathlons, etc) I’m more than happy to help you achieve any of your fitness / health goals. ... Our annual homeless backpack swag fundraising hike up Mt Feathertop will be on again approx 7th-9th May - stay tuned for those details. Last year we had to cancel our inaugural Bali Bootcamp but this year I am still looking to do something similar in Far North Queensland and it will be a 1 week VIPT Health Retreat. 7th-13th August approx. The new VIPT Studio should be open at the end of April or May. I’ll give updates as we progress. I’m running Pre-Season Football / Netball Bootcamps again over in Bright. If you are involved with a Football or Netball Club or any other club that would like to do your own Pre-Season, Team Bonding, Motivational Training camp contact me for further details.
