Makes complete sense that using, smell, taste, touch and concentration would bring you back into your body and away from the stress in your life!! It explains why I love it so much!! Even the act of planning to cook, by reading a recipe helps me come back to me ... Anybody want some cookies? seems like the perfect way to end a stressful six weeks of holidays and start the new school year

08.01.2022 At the end of my birthday I sit reflecting on the year that was and looking to the future and what is to unfold As the saying goes ‘the days are long tho the years are short’ I feel that deeply even more so today realising another year has passed with not much to physically show for it, but emotionally my world is so much more grounded and wonderful than ever, however to get here took a lot of long days And According to my card reading for the next year I am to find the warr...ior hidden in my soul, to bring a revolution of sorts to the community at large, all done with great love as it taps into my soul work and I am to trust that it will all flow and be revealed as it’s supposed to, all of which sounds so very exciting Thank you to those who helped me celebrate this year time to look forward to 2020 and beyond with great love

04.01.2022 Changing the vibrational energy of our space slowly! I have become plant crazy NEVER thought that would happen!!

04.01.2022 When all of this is over and we are allowed to get back to ‘normal’ the world and the word family is going to be entirely different. I read something the other day that suggested that generation X, my generation, is handling this situation so much better than most because we were the ‘latch key kids’ left to our own devices after school we were allowed to get board, enjoy our own company and become resourceful by ourselves. Which means this generation, the generation of kids ...that have been ‘locked down’ with their parents for at least 4 weeks they are going to know true connection, of their parents and family being there all the time even when they had to work from home, even parents who try not to engage would start to understand who their kids are and what their emotional needs are, the pure enjoyment of going for a walk in their local area instead of having to go out, & the fact that their siblings would be their only playmates for that time would also bring about a level of understanding between them that would usually take years and for the kids who have parents who are essential workers they will understand what a true hero looks like, not one that wears a cape (although possibly still a mask) but someone who is in service of others in their time of need, these kids will have true respect for people just doing their job and being of service. Maybe I’m just idealistic and not seeing where the problems lie in this situation and I’m sure there are situations that aren’t as happy as I have portrayed but this gives me hope that the new normal will be better, more understanding and a connected world one that is understanding of all needs #lockdown #caronavirus #socialdistancing #connection #play #parents See more
