17.01.2022 It’s official! After establishing Virginia Farm Wool Works 30 years ago, Phil and Jenny Dunn have sold their business and ‘retired’. My name is Wendy Campbell and I am the proud new owner, continuing to serve fibrecrafters throughout Australia, as Phil and Jenny did so very well. Virginia Farm Wool Works is now located at my Castle Hill premises, in the leafy north west Hills District of Sydney. I continue to sell spinning, felting and weaving supplies by Majacraft, Ashford, ...Kromski and Inwood-Smith, and welcome enquiries for additional products. Fibres include Merino and Corriedale wool tops in natural and dyed colours, silk, mohair, cotton, hemp, ramie, various blended fibres and weaving yarns. The shop is open select days during the week, and other times by appointment. Contact me anytime for your fibre, equipment, accessories, spinning lessons and wheel repairs. #VirginiaFarmWoolWorks See more

14.01.2022 The new Ashford Kiwi 3 spinning wheel with folding treadles is now in store and Rodney is understandably impressed! If you are considering a double treadle wheel, we now have five different models available to try. Call to make an appointment.

08.01.2022 Meet Rodney Ram! He recently came to Virginia Farm Wool Works from a dear friend, and is named after a Romney we had many years ago on the family farm. He has been kept busy this week, overseeing wool and silk being packaged for fibre crafters all over Australia. Rodney entertains our younger customers in the shop, and can often be found hiding on the shelves, somewhere between the colourful Corriedale and Merino wools. Keep a look out for his cheeky grin!

06.01.2022 A sneaky little tease from Ashford! Their new E-ball Winder is being released early 2020 and will be in our store just as soon as available from across the ditch. Enquiries welcome if you would like to be notified when price is released.
