13.01.2022 Due to the recent events regarding COVID-19, Team Viri felt it necessary to update everyone on additional measures being taken. At Viri, both headsets and controllers are regularly disinfected to reduce transmission risk, as well as maintain standards of hygiene. Though it is standard policy that customers ask before playing on one of our shared stations, we request that players at Viri are more mindful of this than ever, so that we can make sure that shared stations are cle...aned in between groups that may be sharing a timeslot. Should you wish, we will also be more than happy to disinfect headsets by request at any time. It is impossible to completely eliminate the risk of Coronavirus, if you are going out in public theres a chance you will come in contact and that will result in infection. As such we request if you are immunocompromised you do not attend Viri during this time. Additionally, as stated in our health and safety waiver, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms during this time. If you are concerned you may be turned away, we can reschedule your booking for a future date free of charge. Lastly, during this period it is more important than ever to look after basic hygiene as preventative for both yourself and those at higher risk. Clean your hands regularly and avoid close contact with anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms.

This is not a decision made lightly by Team Viri, as we are a small locally owned and operated business. Please read the following to avoid disappointment. The health and safety of staff and customers is our number one concern. As such, Viri will only be open by appointment - bookings must be made online. The hours available to book will also be limited to 1 - 7pm (with the final session beginning at 6pm) daily. An exception... to this are bookings that have already been made, as we will still be open if you have paid for a specific timeslot.
