23.01.2022 Happy Virtual Assistants Day! We all do amazing work for our clients and we deserve to be congratulated for this. The Virtual Assistants Day is a day set aside to acknowledge the effort, determination, and commitment of virtual assistants.

23.01.2022 Today is December 1. We only have this month to finish off a crazy year. But who else feels like this about the new year?

22.01.2022 Over the weekend a business got absolutely smashed with negative reviews all because of a road rage incident that had been uploaded to Dash Cams Australia. To make matters worse, the business tried to cover up the incident, advising that the car involved was sold off privately and the new owner had not removed the signage, but as the viewers pointed out, the man in the video was wearing the logo on his shirt as well. This just gives an insight into when you are advertising y...our business through these methods, you are on show for all to see. It can take only one small incident to bring your business down. The above business received negative reviews on both their Facebook page and Google. Have you ever been in a situation similar to this? Being the face of your business you must always present a professional image. We always need to remember this.
