24.01.2022 Our wood fired oven makes the most amazing pizza ever. Best shared with great friends who build their own pizza toppings.

23.01.2022 Building our wood-fired oven Thanks to our great friend - Rob from Wahoo Bricks and Blocks - we are working on completing our wood fired pizza oven. Typically we are looking at second hand materials and building as sustainably as possible which meets our principles. We can't wait to fire this oven up with the endless supply of fallen timber that Virtue Farm has to offer. We are very keen to use our home grown produce that that of other locals like Tan's amazing goat cheeses. facebook.com/tansacres We are very excited to try pear, rocket, walnut and goat cheese pizza - even better if on our sour dough base.

06.01.2022 We are going to have a stack of arrowroot for re-planting or eating (if you like it). All free and ready to collect. The leaves make great food for chickens, and the plant grows quite quickly so is a good shade or screening plant. Ours have grown to nearly 1.5 meters in just under 12 months. They seem to be very hardy plants as we only water them when we plant and then they have to fend for themselves. BYO trailer or tarp for the back seat or boot. Pm for address or to come and have a look at them in various stage of growth. The first photo shows plants that were planted in August 2019 in the back ground and April 2020 in the foreground.

06.01.2022 Pumpkins galore only $2 per kg. Also have rosemary, mint, fennel, dill, garlic chives and kaffir lime leaves as well as herbs dried in our solar dehydrator. Lots of preserves too. Everything grown organically. PM for collection details.
