18.01.2022 Morning everyone, yesterday I was asked to talk on ABC Radio about the upcoming English language changes to Partner Visas. The announcements this morning seem to indicate the changes will not be as harsh as first though. It appears the changes will only affect those applying for their second stage permanent application and not those making their initial application for the 820/801 or 309/100. In addition, the Minister has announced that applicants will be able to demonstrate ...this through, for example, the completion of 500 hours of free English language classes through the AMEP. If you would like to listen please see link below. Andrew McAuley - Visa Makers [email protected] https://www.abc.net.au//500-hours-of-english-clas/12742370
