25.01.2022 FYI we'll be closed to the public from 4pm Friday 8th May through to midday Saturday 9th May for a private function. We'll also be closing slightly early at 4pm on Sunday 10th May (Mothers day). Friday 8th May: 06:30am to 4:00pm Saturday 9th May: 12:00pm to 6:00pm Sunday 10th May: 09:00am to 4:00pm... Regular trading hours will resume on the Monday. Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience.

25.01.2022 Due to personal commitments we will be closing slightly early at 3pm this coming Thursday 19th May 2016 and resuming our standard trading hours on the following Friday morning. Shortly after this we will be introducing some pour-overs into our coffee arsenal.

24.01.2022 We'll be closing around midday on Xmas eve and re-opening on the 3rd Jan 18. Please be aware we will be running reduced hours for a couple of weeks in the new year meaning a later start (around 8.30-9am) with an earlier finish (around 1.30-2pm) Have a safe and happy holiday period!

23.01.2022 After a few weeks of in-house testing and locking in roast profiles with our new supplier, we're very happy to announce that our own house blend is now back in the grinders and tasting great. We became quite fond of Patio's "Annabelle" blend during our supplier transition and have decided to keep it on offer along with our house blend. We'd love to see some comments on this post with suggestions of names for our house blend - if we decide to use one of the suggested names the... person who came up with it will win a prize! Blends on offer: - House blend by Viscous (help us name it!) Smooth at the front with a little kick towards the back followed by a delayed onset of chocolates. The flavours meld and move as the after taste develops giving complexity from start to finish. - Annabelle by Patio Dark luxurious flavours with a slightly earthy tone playing through chocolates imparting a snuggled up in front of the heater vibe.

16.01.2022 Australia Day public holiday trading hours! We will be OPEN on Australia Day !! We like to play it a little loose on public holidays; we'll be open from 9:30ish-am thru to 3:30ish-pm. Cold drip slushies and Cold Drip ice creams will be available in addition to our usual quirky menu!!

11.01.2022 It's been a whirlwind 16-ish months and we're in need of a little rest so have decided to take a week off in the near future to recharge the batteries a bit. We'll be CLOSED from Tuesday 12th July 2016 thru to Tuesday 19th July 2016 inclusive, and will resume normal trading hours effective 7am Wednesday 20th July 2016. In the lead up to our break we are again opening up cold drip batch orders to help see our wonderful patrons through the difficult time; spots are limited so get in fast (orders will be accepted either in person or via Facebook message).

10.01.2022 It's time!!! We received many great naming suggestions for our house blend over the last week and the final choice wasn't easy; thanks heaps to everyone who participated! After much deliberation we're happy to announce the winner of our naming comp is..... Ryan Lynch, for his submission of "Sid Viscous"... We'll be working with our supplier to have our coffee bags branded with the new name in the near future, and will be labeling the grinders in the next few days (really wish the Annabelle blend was named Nancy now hehe). Ryan, please speak with Steve next time you're in for a coffee, and we'll work out your prize!
