23.01.2022 We have now re-opened! Please note we have new opening hours as of 1st June 2020 We are re-open for bookings from today the 1st of June 2020. Like many businesses, we have made several changes to our procedures to ensure your and our safety.... Reduced hours with less staff and gaps between appointments is the new normal for us. Please Note our new TEMPORARY phone number: 8166 7567, is available for appointment bookings. Regular updates will follow. This week clinic hours are (by appointment only): Tuesday: 1 pm - 5 pm Wednesday: 9 am -2 pm Thursday: 1 pm - 5 pm Friday: 9 am - 5 pm

06.01.2022 Hi everyone, with the growing concern of the current Coronavirus we wanted to let everyone know that we are taking precautions at the vision and learning institute for our staff and all our clients safety. The front door will be kept open so no need to touch door handles, there will be a new sign out the front requesting that everyone wash their hands once arriving for their appointment. We have blocked off all books, magazines, toys and drawing that we normally provide and ...we have hand sanitiser readily available. Please if you or your children have been feeling unwell, or have had contact with any friends or family who are unwell please give us a call and we are happy to reschedule your appointment. 05.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE At the Vision and Learning Institute we see patients from all different age groups. With the Coronavirus getting more and more serious we are doing everything we can to minimise the risk to both our very young and our older clients. This means we have had to make the decision to close for 4 weeks minimum at this stage.... What does this mean for glasses and contact lens orders? We are still receiving deliveries, when orders arrive, we will be posting them to you instead of pick up. If you have broken your glasses, please send us an email and we will respond with a drop off spot so that we can repair / replace these for you.
