10.01.2022 Vision Construct are currently undertaking 3 structural rectification projects in Mackay. Property 1: Existing steel posts that's supporting 2 storey residential building has significant rust causing structuralinstability. An existing independent structural report has called for major structural works costing $$$$$$. Our design team has worked with the client and came up with an alternative solution, literally saving the client $$$$$$$... Property 2: Our client has just bought an older style Queenslander that has significant structural defects. Our Project Manager has completed a detailed scope of works with associated costs for all rectifications. Works will start soon Property 3: Existing slab is sinking causing major structural cracking. Our company has come up with a cost effective solution and we hope the project will start in the next few weeks.
