12.01.2022 Recipe Low Fat Apple Tart Carbs: 20.13g Protein: 6.68g Fat: 1.04g ... Ingredients (Serves 10) 4 Serving Filo Pastry 300g Golden Delicious Apples 400g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yoghurt 2 Serving Sachet of Splenda Method: 1. Preheat oven to approx. 180 degrees and lightly spray a large, round baking tray with cooking spray oil. 2. Spray a sheet of filo pastry with cooking oil and fold in to the centre to the size of the sheet to form a square then repeat with remaining pastry sheets and layer on top of each other alternating folded sides so thickness remains even. 3. Cut out a circle shape that matches the size of the cooking tray and place pastry on tray. 4. Cut apples into 5mm slices and arrange on pastry in circles so that the pieces slightly overlap. Sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon. 5. Bake for 45 minutes until apples are tender and golden. Serve warm with a scoop of yoghurt. See more

02.01.2022 Red Beet & Cabbage Salad Carbs: 21.4g Protein: 2.8g Fat: 1.5g Ingredients (Serves 4)... 5g Extra Light Olive Oil Spray 10mL Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 20g Chilli Jam Relish 300g Red Cabbage 200g Baby Beetroot 30g Garlic 2g Salt 120g Red Onions 2g Black Pepper Method: 1. Preheat oven to approx. 180 degrees C. Leave the baby beets whole and unpeeled and chop ends off the garlic cloves. 2. Spray a glass dish with oil and lay beets and garlic in dish and toss to coat with oil, then season with salt and pepper. 3. Roast in oven for approx. 30 mins. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool. 4. Whilst beets are roasting, cut cabbage into quarters and remove the white core. Slice the cabbage to make think strips and then add to a bowl. 5. Sprinkle cabbage slightly with vinegar and then mash with your hands so that cabbage becomes softer and less fibrous. 6. Cut red onions into thin slices and separate into small pieces before adding to bowl of cabbage. 7. Once beetroot has cooled, either thinly shred or grate and add to bowl. Peel garlic and mash the roasted pulp into salad mixture before stirring through Harissa relish. 8. Toss salad so that all ingredients mix thoroughly and season further with salt and pepper if desired. See more
