19.01.2022 It’s time to recognise a couple of local legends who this week both knocked out their 9-week running goals in time for their upcoming goal sessions Allison smashed out 3km in less than 20mins when, as she said, she couldn’t run 100m when she started with us in September. Hayden, crushed his goal of the 7km Greenwhich hill run and actually did almost 8km in under 40mins.... He does believe the power of the mo may have had something to do with it but tests are yet to be confirmed. 02.01.2022 MARY KHOURY October Client of the Month Mary, after all that she had previously achieved, found she was in a plateau over recent months. Not achieving the same results anymore. Then, she made the brave decision to accept that things needed to change from her steady nutrition and exercise routine and give it a bit of spark. ... Mary reduced her fat intake and increased more low GI carbs to suit her body type and activity level better. Resistance training was changed from a full body exercise program of repetition of the same sessions over day and weeks and moved to accepting to set a 5-day routine with split programs. The result of these changes has been outstanding and noticed by so many in the studio! Congratulations Mary with your acceptance and dedication to the change!
