25.01.2022 Some weekend meal inspiration coming your way! Honey Soy Chicken & Vegetables Carbs: 34.7g Protein: 40.6g Fat: 2.6g... Ingredients (Serves 1) 50g Broccoli 100g Capsicum 100g Cauliflower 150g Chicken Breast Meat 100g Butternut Winter Squash 35g Honey Soy Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce Method: 1. Cut chicken into strips. 2. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium to high heat until lightly brown. 3. In a separate pan or wok, combine broccoli, cauliflower, squash and capsicum, and cook until softened. 4. Add marinade and the chicken stir-fry for a further 2 to 3 minutes

And you can always ask your trainer for help if you need :) Carbs: 16.5g Protein: 33.6g Fat: 7.1g Ingredients (Serves 1)... 150g Broccoli 100g Chicken Breast Meat 50g Rocket 2g Olive Oil 50g Ricotta Light 100g Zucchini Method: 1. Blanch broccoli and zucchini slices in boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside. 2. Heat wok or large frying pan and stir fry vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes, or until heated through. 3. Season with salt and pepper and remove to serving dish. 4. Add sliced chicken to the pan and toss to heat through. Remove from heat and keep warm. 5. Add ricotta to the pan and stir fry until hot and golden. This makes a delicious sauce for vegetables. 6. Serve hot ricotta and chicken on top of vegetables and with rocket.

Carbs: 31.2g Protein: 33.6g Fat: 7.0g Ingredients (Serves 1) 15g Avocado 1 Serving of Super Slim Cheese Slices (Bega) 100g Chicken Breast Met 2 Servings of Sublest Soft Multigrain Sandwich Bread (Tip Top) Method: 1. Cook chicken breast in a non-stick pan or on a griller. 2. Spread avocado onto one slice of bread, then add cheese slice and chicken. Then cover with other slice of bread. 3. For an extra warm and melt-y meal, simply toast in a sandwich press. 4. Enjoy!

Green Prawn Mango Salad Carbs: 58.1g Protein: 30.5g Fat: 2.8g Ingredients (Serves 1)... 30mL Fish Sauce 100g Carrots 100g Capsicum 20g Chilli 150g Cooked Peeled Prawns 5g Coriander 15g Garlic 1 Lime 125g Mango 75g Tomatoes 30mL Rice Wine Vinegar Method: 1. In a bowl mix the fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, chopped chilli and crushed garlic and leave to stand. 2. In another bowl add peeled and julienned green mango, julienned carrot, sliced yellow capsicum, cherry tomatoes halved, and peeled king prawn. 3. Roughly chop mint and coriander. Mix and add sauce, then serve in a bowl.
