He knows everything and knows exactly how to tweak approaches and programs to get results based on personal preferences and what works for the individual. I really appreciate that he takes the time to consider training holistically it's not just weights or cardio, it's how you feel, what medications you might be taking, and how and what you like to eat. I feel Marvin has really taken the time to consider my individual wants and works WITH me to get results, rather than imposes a strict regime ON me. My main goal, coming out of Covid, was to shift back into the headspace of health and fitness, having, er, let things go a bit. I would say I am well on the way to losing the dreaded 'Covid 5'. Also, I don't think Marvin will let me NOT do it haha. My Long Term goal is to get my visceral fat down and be on a beach in January feeling good about life in a skimpy bikini I certainly would recommend Marvin and Vision!!!
