16.01.2022 We know BOXING was a favourite in the studio and we're so excited to announce that it's BACK! Starting tomorrow, Boxing will be incorporated into half of Friday X-Train. To ensure that we are COVID safe, we will be implementing the following: Classes will take place OUTDOORS You will be required to work with ONE partner for the entirety of the session... 07.01.2022 We all have times when we find it that bit harder to exercise - especially after the festive season! These are the moments we most need to remind ourselves that it won't feel like this forever! Here are our top tips on how to TRAIN YOUR MIND not to hesitate: Training first thing in the MORNING is a great option as it allows you to get on with your day soon after. It's also a fantastic way to give your mood a boost for the day. ... Make life easier for yourself and HAVE YOUR GEAR OUT AND READY the night before. Put your phone/alarm AWAY FROM THE BED so you need to get up to switch it off. AVOID that SNOOZE button at all costs. Once you're up, KEEP MOVING - don't give yourself opportunity to question what you are doing. SHARE your training and achievements with someone who has a similar routine or interest so you can encourage each other when you need it most. Before you know it, your session, group class or run will be in full swing and you'll feel great for the entire day - REMEMBER, one great choice leads to more great choices! #TheVisionDifference

01.01.2022 Our BIOSCAN technology is a useful tool to monitor progress towards your GOALS. It gives you an overall health score and a bio age. Did you know if you have more muscle and less fat around your organs, your bio age decreases? So what do you need to do if your bio age isn’t quite what you’d like it to be? Here are our TOP TIPS: Limit ALCOHOL consumption. When you drink, the body prioritises this energy source and stores everything else as fat.... Increase ACTIVITY levels. Incidental exercise, weights and high intensity cardio. Avoid being sedentary for long periods. Reduce STRESS. Learn to unwind through meditation, low intensity exercise, reducing caffeine etc. Find what works for you. Try to get a minimum of 7 hours SLEEP each night. Increase WATER consumption with a minimum of 2 litres per day. Reduce SUGAR consumption and increase intake of green fibrous VEGETABLES (broccoli, zucchini, asparagus). #TheVisionDifference
