Cabra has been awarded client of the week because she's lost 2kgs fat recently, toned up and is consistently in the gym doing her own hard cardio in preperation for the body breakthrough! Cabra started at Vision Parnell when it first opened and had just had her first child. She lost 10kgs post pregnancy with Vision by coming to classes, training weights twice a week and focusing on nutrition. Even with her back and shoulder injury she has been p...ushing through the PT sessions and managing the pain with Chiropractor Wendy Kinetix Health, combined with muscle strengthening in the studio. Ingredients (Serves 1) 30mL Fish Sauce 100g Carrots 100g Capsicum 20g Chilli 150g Cooked Peeled Prawns 5g Coriander 15g Garlic 1 Lime 125g Mango 75g Tomatoes 30mL Rice Wine Vinegar Method: 1. In a bowl mix the fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, chopped chilli and crushed garlic and leave to stand. 2. In another bowl add peeled and julienned green mango, julienned carrot, sliced yellow capsicum, cherry tomatoes halved, and peeled king prawn. 3. Roughly chop mint and coriander. Mix and add sauce, then serve in a bowl.

11.01.2022 Matt Conroy started at Vision Personal Training Parnell in mid 2019. He wasn't making the best lifestyle choices and weighed almost 110kgs - which wasn't good for his health or self confidence. He knew he needed to change! Time of day Different times, different results 4. Food intake If you have eaten vs not 5. Scales Different scales can produce different results surface that the scale is on Recommendation: If your emotions are tied to your weight, eg. if you feel happy or sad based upon the result, weigh yourself consistently eg same day, same time, similar factors. Lastly look at your results over a longer term period, what weight you are week to week does not really matter. What matters is whether you are achieving your results over 9-18 weeks. A lot of people overestimate what they can do in 1 year but under estimate what they can do in 10.
