Thank you, Neil for 1 year with the Vision Pyrmont Family Neil started this adventure focusing on Mobility and overall health, he wanted to avoid pulled muscles, cramps and injury.... After 1 year of being in the studio, Neil has achieved major improvements, as he has gained control over his body. He has improved his mobility ranges in knees and shoulders, his posture is better, he is able to rotate his torso and he has better balance.
