10.01.2022 As Tom marks his 5 year anniversary with the studio we pay tribute to his green t-shirt he has worn to at least one of his 3 weekly PT sessions those 5 years Tom STARTED at 60 years old having never set foot in a gym with back and neck pain, was also extremely stiff. After just 6 months his neck and back pain were gone and he was performing movements he had never done before improving his flexibility and range of motion.... These days Tom does 2 weights sessions and 1 cardio session each week in the studio and hasn’t had an injury since he’s been with us. Consistently over intensity adding quality and years to his life.
