25.01.2022 Client of the month June - Christina Doyle 10kg during ISO Journey: I joined Vision because I had put on around 20kgs over a period of a few years. I hadnt exercised or moved in any meaningful way for at least 2 of those years. I used to really enjoy the gym and getting out for walks but I let my focus shift entirely to work, and in doing so just left no room for anything else. Or at least that was my excuse! ... I wont lie, I struggled for a while to truly kick into gear. I felt good to be moving again but I wasnt dropping weight as I wasnt focusing on my food. I worked through that with Shinae, my trainer here, and started to see results. When I did, I started to feel really proud that I was applying myself consistently and actually prioritising my health over other things in life (i.e work!) Im so proud of myself for having dropped 10kg over the last 3 months. I remember hearing other people say they lost 10kg and for a while there I was wishing I could say the same. now I can! The best compliment Ive received that has really stuck with me is that I look happier. My goal is to lose another 10kgs. I realise I may not be able to do it as quickly this time but Im in this for the long haul. Watch this space, Im coming to win another month shortly!

Ingredients (Serves 1) 30mL Fish Sauce 100g Carrots 100g Capsicum 20g Chilli 150g Cooked Peeled Prawns 5g Coriander 15g Garlic 1 Lime 125g Mango 75g Tomatoes 30mL Rice Wine Vinegar Method: 1. In a bowl mix the fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, chopped chilli and crushed garlic and leave to stand. 2. 24.01.2022 Client of the month July - Brett Mewett Journey: I initially joined Vision as Id seen great results in the first 8 weeks from my partner Fabio who had recently joined - Cheers to Shinae for that. I was proud of myself when I started to see the numbers dropping on the scale, and even though others seemed to notice, I didnt recognise a physical change in myself for quite some time. Now when I look in the mirror Im still surprised at the positive changes I see.... Ive lost approximately 8kgs and have been able to maintain my results by utilising the macros system. Ive even stopped checking the scales on a regular basis! One of the best compliments Ive received is the definition in my arms/legs is extremely noticeable. My next goal is to visibly see more definition & gain muscle mass so that I can finally achieve a summer body Ill be proud of. I personally want to thank Shinae, Kat and Mario for keeping me motivated, especially between the March to May period with our online sessions. 13.01.2022 Client of the month May | Danae and Neil Over 12kg weight loss combined Journey: Before joining Vision we were both in a bit of a rut with our general health and exercise. When Neil moved to Australia 6 years ago, he lost his regular exercise habits & team sport activities. I had put on weight after starting a new sedentary job and doing long hours and we were eating out all the time. We decided to join Vision because we hoped that a personal trainer would help keep... us accountable. And it did! We both started to notice changes the first week! It wasnt really visible for me, but mentally I knew I was eating better and I was feeling stronger. I then felt really confident when I started fitting into my old clothes that I loved wearing. Neil lost a kilo in that first week, and the weight just kept falling off him each week as he continued tracking his food and doing the program. We both reached our goal weight and are now working on maintenance and strength. We are both proud to have achieved our goals in a slow and healthy way, even after covid/lockdown hit! Having the routine of Vision each week has really helped with mental health and staying fit. Thats the best result we could have asked for. I think the best compliment weve received is from a family member, who was inspired to start a fitness program himself after seeing our results! Our next goal is to maintain our current weight and Id like to squat my body weight!.

Boil beetroots in a pot on the stove ensuring the water is covering them for 30-60 mins depending on size. 2. Then remove, pour cold water on them and remove skin by rubbing with your fingers. 3. Cut into squares. When cooled but still slightly water crumble the goats cheese over and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4. Add chopped mint and return to the fridge until you are ready to serve. 5. 07.01.2022 Client of the month for October - Anthea Journey: I joined Vision as I wanted to do something for myself after having two babies in the space of two years - I wanted to feel like my body was mine again, and losing the baby weight seemed like a good start. I felt I needed a personal trainer to keep me accountable (and it worked, I’m proud of never being a no show to a session in the year since I started) and I had heard positive things about Vision. When I started to se...e changes I felt fantastic, I was really proud of myself for sticking to it and working fitness into my schedule. Not only have I lost 10 kilos I also feel stronger and healthier. Most importantly is my mindset - coming to the studio is important for maintaining my well-being, my life can be pretty stressful and overwhelming at times but the gym is the one thing I do completely for myself and I always feel great afterwards. The best compliment I have received is from my Boss who told me that seeing the positive changes in me after starting regular exercise inspired him to start regular training again. My next goal is I want to get stronger and more toned, maintain my weight for a while and then gradually start to lose more.
