For the residents of Victoria Street, the street tomorrow is closed to regular traffic but open to the residents with access and exit from/to Elizabeth Street only. Underwood Street will stay open to both residents and regular traffic. William Street will re-open to traffic at Midnight of Saturday October 20th.
