21.01.2022 "Somewhere, Nowhere, Nothing" Miami, QLD - Australia (prints available @ www.jasonasherphotography.com under "New Releases") Sometimes your original plans jus...t don't really pan out. About a month ago we headed out for a sunrise shoot, but couldn't get to the spot we wanted and ended up shooting from Miami Beach. I was feeling a little uninspired by the dull display of colour in the direction of our sun, so I swung the camera in the opposite direction, away from the rocks, to try for some simplicity. I wanted to create something as minimalist as possible, but after 10 minutes of exposure came out with something with a little more detail than expected. There's just enough subtle detail in this one for me to keep searching for what isn't there. Or is. After all, is there really such a thing as "nothing"? Hope you guys like it! Please feel free to "share " with your friends & family :)

20.01.2022 So much goodness on this weekend, tag your crew and get planning!

18.01.2022 We've always said ballooning starts at the best time of the day, but tomorrow and until Dec 16th, Geminids meteor showers are forecast to put on an impressive s...how in the night skies here in Queensland, with up to one meteor visible every minute and it's just before our balloon fleet inflation spectacle. What a great start to the day. See more

15.01.2022 "Bahnamboola Falls" Lamington National Park, QLD - Australia (prints available @ www.jasonasherphotography.com under "New Releases") Here be another shot from... a walk through the Binna Burra section of Lamington N.P in October. Upper Bahnamboola Falls is one of my favourites, I can't wait to revisit this place for a 3rd time to capture another colour version. Hope you guys like it! Comments & "shares" are most welcome! Ciao! :)

11.01.2022 "A Moment of Clarity" Noosa Heads N.P, QLD - Australia A month ago I spent a few nights up at the Sunshine Coast and found myself exploring Noosa Heads Nation...al Park for the first time. Wandering through the bush in the vague direction of the ocean, I ended up finding my way to this unbelievable little cove on the eastern side. I knew straight away this was the sunrise image I wanted to create the next morning. And here she is. Hope you enjoy :) Thanks as always for your kind comments & sharing! You guys rock :D Prints now available @ www.jasonasherphotography.com under "New Releases".
