05.01.2022 5 bands, 5 hours, 5 bucks....The 2020 New Years Eve party Tathra never had! Online bookings essential at https://eternityfestivaltathra.eventbrite.com.au Tathra's ETERNITY Festival is the brainchild of Dr Matthew Nott, founder and president of Clean Energy for Eternity Inc. For many months, Matthew has been planning a New Year 2020 community party to celebrate recovery from devastating fires which swept through Tathra in 2018, more recently this year right along the Eastern s...eaboard in addition to the constraints of COVID-19. With the fantastic help of the Lawrence Park Committee, Tathra Cricket Club and Tathra AFL Club, the Festival has become a reality. 5 BANDS 5 HOURS 5 BUCKS Five bands from Far South Coast NSW and ACT are donating their time and talent to play at Lawrence Park from 2pm to 7pm on Sunday, November 22. Entry is $5 per person (under 12s free). Awesome food and beverages will be on sale throughout. Bring a picnic blanket or chair as seats are limited. The Tathra ETERNITY Festival line up: SURG SAM THE WISE AND ANACTORIA THE HOPS RECKLESS TRIPLY SURG SURG - are an up and coming avant-garde ukulele band with attitude. SAM THE WISE AND ANACTORIA - weave together modern and traditional, mellow and energetic, soul-searching and soul-shaking songs with subtle synthesis, blurring the line between acoustic and electronic. Both experienced solo artists in their own right, they have come together to share the multi-instrumental musical chemistry they have been cooking up; an intimate explosion of new songs to feast your ears on. THE HOPS - Noel Whittmen, Brooke Marshal, Kass Fenton and Damian Picone combine local talent and songwriting skills to come up with a thought provoking set list. RECKLESS - Makers of mischief and mayhem from musical madmen TRIPLY - are a band of funk soul brothers from Southern NSW that are devoted to creating unique sounds that combine many musical influences, and different instruments. The Tathra Eternity Festival Committee will ensure that all mandatory COVID-19 regulations are adhered to on the day and are confident that the public will be respectful and considerate. If you are feeling unwell, and have any of the COVID-19 symptoms (below) we strongly urge you not to attend our festival, and seek medical advice. Symptoms include: Fever Respiratory symptoms Coughing Sore Throat Shortness of Breath
