VISS SOLUTION: Provide the necessary washing infrastructure whilst conserving water and re-using as much of the water as possible. Design pipework, pumping systems and drains including its layout size. BENEFITS: Without such a system the washing process would waste all water with little chance of recovery. This system uses only 50,000 litres of water in a recirculating system for an extended period of time weeks). The alternative is thousands of litres of water per minute being wasted. No chance of foodcontamination. Cost effective, low labour requirements and an automated system.
