21.01.2022 Well, that's some good news! We'll be open as of Monday morning for both appointments and classes. If you originally had an appointment (that had been cancelled) please send us a message (FB or email [email protected]) and our admin team will be in touch ASAP.... Same rules apply as last week. Physio's will be wearing masks if they can't keep to 1.5m away. We'd like to encourage patients in appointments to wear masks (not compulsory). Please use the hand sanitiser. Please stay away if you are unwell.

18.01.2022 'It's in the bag' campaign this year runs from the 20th to the 29th of November. Simply donate an old (in good condition) handbag and fill it with items that you love to have in your own hand bag, plus a couple of 'luxury' items - maybe a lipstick, or some shampoo, maybe even some perfume! Then bring your bag into the clinic in that week. We will then take all the donations to the drop off spots. Home https://www.sharethedignity.org.au/event/its-in-the-bag

18.01.2022 How to make tough bones? When you exercise your muscles contract/ shorten which in turn makes the tendon pull on your bone. When this happens a lot and at a strong intensity the bone is then triggered to lay down more bone to make that area 'tougher'. When you put a hard force through a bone such as jumping or stepping up a step the bone is again triggered to lay down more bone and make itself tougher to resist that force.... 16.01.2022 Until about the age of 30, it is normal to build more bone tissue than what is naturally lost. This is the time known as peak bone mass. It's where our bones (both men and women) are their heaviest. From then on it is a very slow decline in bone growth for both men and women. But don't despair, there IS some thing you can do to help yourself - EXERCISE! Nat's been with us for about 6 weeks but she is very much made herself a part of the furniture here at Vital Core In that short time Nat has developed and started running a pilot of our new class StrongFit which has proved to be incredibly popular. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Nat as part of the Vital Core family. Have a read of Nat's full bio below

12.01.2022 Wow! Imagine not needing to do 'Share the dignity campaigns'? Well done Scotland!
