25.01.2022 Foot release. Great for sports. One of the best pre exercise things to do. A quick way to loosen up you body. Start under the feet with golf, hard ball roll foot.... This releases some fascia and without being too scientific. This Fascia connects all connective tissues (that means the muscles bones, tendons, ligaments, and blood) It holds together the entire body. Generally if the feet are tight, it is going to pull on other parts of the body. Tip. Try and touch you toes. See where you can get to. Spend 2 minutes each foot. Touch your toes again. Can you go further.
