24.01.2022 Starting a new client has to be one of the best feelings in the world! You know your client has chosen to make a commitment to their health. This is Natalia squatting during our session this morning. She comfortably got up to 35kgs. The Squat will be a staple exercise in changing her body shape in her program. 20.01.2022 Did anyone say abdominals??? Here we have Natalia working her abs in a static position. The tension builds every time the arms pull closer towards her hips. This is a beginner level and can be progressed. This is a green resistance band which I am holding out of frame. If you are by yourself you can loop it around a pole. Make sure there is no lower back pain or discomfort otherwise regress the movement. I'll be doing a video on these variations in the coming days s...o stay posted! 12.01.2022 So this happened last night in the gymnastics class at Crossfit Down Under! Massive shoutout to Josiah tonight during gymnastics class! He got his first handstand kick up to the wall. I'm so bloody proud of this guy, this is a massive milestone for him. He has been coming to the gymnastics classes for months now and has achieved his biggest milestone yet. This may seem insignificant to most but those which know Josiah, know how massive this milestone is for him. Everyone starts as a beginner EVERYONE! And after being consistent and busting his ass week after week and not giving up...guess what? He is progressing. Gymnastics takes time. A long time. Soak it up my man.
