13.01.2022 Our cooking group made a delectable coffee log cake today. This small group is bringing people together, making new memories and remembering times gone by. Our facilitator Elena does a great job at preparing a new recipe each fortnight and making sure everyone is involved The best thing is licking the bowl, though!

08.01.2022 Vals Vitality Care Experience - "When signing up for Vitality Care I found the process easy with the help of Zowie and the Vitality girls. I really look forward to my time with Sue on Tuesdays. When I wake up think today is the day I go with Sue. I enjoy our drives, the places we go and relaxing with coffee and just talking about anything. I find myself relaxed and very much at home in her company. I love that people come to my room to give me a massage, do my nails. It makes me feel special"

It has made my life easier, having the help with my cleaning. I have also joined the yoga class and we have a lot of laughs. I also get a massage which is bliss. 01.01.2022 This was our first cooking group with the ever so talented Elena at The Manor Retirement Village. The ladies had a lovely time baking these delicious pastries from scratch. Did I hear someone say afternoon tea?
