25.01.2022 We can all agree that 2020 has been a long one! Strangely, COVID has been a blessing in disguise for me. I've cried, laughed, had sleepless nights, stressed, taken sleeping tablets & had nights where I drank too much. But I'm thankful that it's happened. It showed me something. I'd pushed myself too hard & needed a break both physically & emotionally. Moving forward, one Friday of every month I will be taking an RDO to spend with this gorgeous woman.

20.01.2022 Dad's on duty for day care drop off. Over the coming weeks we may experience some short term interuption to morning appointments as I race from day care to the office but it's hard to say no to these whackers.

15.01.2022 ****COVID-19 UPDATE**** Hey gang, quick message letting you all know that our doors will remain open throughout the states next 6 week (lets hope so!) Stage 4 restrictions. There will be one minor change to the way we’ve been operating as allied health practitioners are now required to wear face/eye protection. Otherwise, business as usual with regular cleaning and spacing out appointments so you don’t come into unnecessary contact with other customers.

07.01.2022 EASTER CLINIC HOURS UPDATE: Friday 10/4 - Monday 13/4 we'll be closed & taking this opportunity to have some quality family time. I'd also like to thank each and everyone of our customers. We understand that the entire community is doing it tough right now. While every business is stressing about how to survive, we've seen our regular customers remain strong. Your support for my business does not go unnoticed and it's certainly not taken for granted ... It's going to be a hell of a long year so enjoy the long weekend and escape some of the outside world craziness.

In the interest of public health and safety & in accordance with guidelines set by the Victorian government only acute/severe/serious and individuals who meet other criteria can be treated. All customers will receive an SMS outlining eligibility. ... I apologize in advance if this creates anxiety or concern but we must all do our part to ensure the wellbeing of our community.

Lucas has demanded pancakes for breakfast, picnic lunch, out to the sandpit for that beach feel, bikes over jumps in the driveway, a tent in the backyard & pasta for dinner
