22.01.2022 I am closing the studio on the 5th December after our last outdoor qigong and Nia. I will reopen Jan 11. Yes a big break that I feel I have earned this year. I will be open for private sessions 29&31 December so contact me if you want a mid season blast or release session. ... I am offering this workshop as away to clear mentally, emotionally and physically the strange year of 2020. It will be full of movement ease, silence, creative play and a scrumptious lunch from the veggie garden. Space is limited of course there are 5 places left.
