22.01.2022 Spending time in nature is essential. Nature is timeless beauty. I visited a dam today set within a picturesque landscape. I encourage people to take time out and explore the hidden treasures close to home. It need not be expensive or time consuming. Keep it simple.

21.01.2022 The massive interest in human growth and development; psycho-spiritual development, understanding energy frequencies, the chakra system, levels of consciousness and the transpersonal evolution of human beings, effectively signals the death of the materialist worldview. A worldview, epitomized by 1950s behavioural psychology, that effectively reduced human beings to complex animals, governed entirely by biology with no free will. The biggest breakthroughs in modern clinical ps...ychology - attachment theory and attachment-based neuroscience, are all based on a view of humans as complex relational creatures, not purely material creatures in need of basic resources like shelter, food and sex. The pointy end of these breakthrough models, theories and clinical insights is that we are primarily relational and spiritual beings inhabiting a material existence. This is the inevitable conclusion we arrive at as seekers. Life is a gift that descends from above and not an accident that ascends from unconscious matter - hence the need we all have to be seen, affirmed and acknowledged, needs that are psycho-spiritual in nature. 16.01.2022 Today we woke up to the devastating news of another calamity that has befallen the people of Lebanon. Although I was born in Venezuela, I am the proud son of Lebanese parents. The love for Lebanon courses through my veins. I am a product of the Lebanese diaspora. I pray for you Lebanon. Ancient land of the Cedars and the Prophets. No calamity can destroy you or your people. You are a phoenix amongst nations.

08.01.2022 I want to wish you all the best of things for 2021. 2020 was a difficult year for many. The world's population is experiencing unprecedented events. I have been much less active on social media, including YouTube. I have not wanted to produce content for the sake of producing content. I have still been actively seeing clients and engaging in ongoing learning. The bulk of 2020 was spent observing and reflecting.... Some have asked if I am okay. Rest assured, I am ;) Stay tuned for new content and updates.

03.01.2022 Love opens the heart and breaks through the defence strategy of the personality. A word or deed born out of empathy which gives someone exactly what they need to reconnect with their heart is truly extraordinary and other worldly. It reconnects us back with the Divine which is where our inner child comes from.
