25.01.2022 2020 has been the most unpredictable year and has shown us the resilience and determination of our gymnasts whether it was in the gym, at the park training in small groups with teammates or at home doing zoom classes, then to return into the gym and work extremely hard to achieve their personal goals. We are so proud of our gymnasts and everything they have achieved. We are so grateful for the support we received from our members and it has shown us how we are all one big ...family. We must thank our dedicated staff, gymnasts and parents, we couldn't of survived 2020 without you!! We are excited to see you all in 2021!! Team Vital

24.01.2022 With the 5 Day lockdown in place it was great to be able to connect not only with some of our girls but also with other gymnastics discipline (wag, aerobics) in a zoom session. . . 21.01.2022 Audition Call Out! JLC Productions are looking for energetic, passionate and talented kids aged 8 years+ to be a part of a brand new show for Fringe World 2021. The show is on the hunt for talent from every performing arts genre - and we mean every genre! Are you a circus extraordinaire, like a contortionist or hula hooper? Perhaps you’re a musician who can shred it on an instrument? Or, maybe you’re a ballroom dancer who can bust out a fiery tango or salsa!... Whatever your talent, we want to see it! Specialities can include (but are not limited to):- - Dance (e.g. Jazz, Hiphop, Ballet) - Ballroom Dance - Acrobatics/Gymnastics/Cheer - Rhythmic Gymnastics - Parkour athletes - Circus Arts (e.g. Aerials, Contortion, Handbalancing, Juggling, Manipulation etc) - Singers - Musicians (e.g. Guitar, Piano, Saxophone) - Actors - Or, show us something unique that we’ve never seen before! If you think it could go on Australia's Got Talent, we want to hear from you! Having experience in multiple genres is a bonus, but not essential. Auditions will be held on Sun September 20th at Talent Co in Wangara. Must be available during Mid January - Mid February 2021 for performances (Show dates TBC). 15.01.2022 What a great but long day , today we saw our level 3-4-5 and stage 1 and 2 gymnasts compete. We had many first time competitors, and we were so proud of how they all performed and presented themselves on and off the floor. Such a great experience for all our athletes that competed or came down and supported over the weekend and our coaches and judges would like to thank you all for your hard work and continued support. Time to get ready for the GWA festival of gymnastics and 2021 !

13.01.2022 We are so proud of these girls - they worked so hard to put our 2 displays together in a week and a half. for the Gymnastics WA festival of Gymnastics. What a fantastic reward for you all ( Sarah, Bella, Nadya, Evie, Cristina, Shania, Mina, Loh- relm and team captain Lexie) to win both the small group (Lost Boys) and the medium group ( Alice in wonderland). 02.01.2022 Competition emails are now out to all eligible gymnasts. Please check your junk email if you have not received . Please make sure you confirm your position by the 4th October.

02.01.2022 Are you aware that new laws come into effect in WA on Saturday December 5th which require increased contract tracing. Everyone will be required to check in when they arrive at Vital Rhythmic unless their name is already on a class roll. The easiest way to do this is to download the SafeWA app (https://apps.apple.com/au/app/safewa/id1539602865) and scan our unique QR code. We will also have a paper based system of gymnasts that are enrolled in each training session.... If you're unsure of how to check in when you arrive please check the simple flowchart next to the QR code on the table near the floor entrance for instructions. If you're still unsure please ask one of our coaches.
