21.01.2022 Feel very honoured to have been placed second place in such a tough line up at the classic physique pro league today. 2 weekends back to back of competing in 2 great shows IFBB WA & @ifbbproleagueoz was a great experience competing in both shows & competing against so many great athletes & congrats to all that were on that stage, as I know the hard work it takes to get there. Thank you to my awesome friends for coming down for support at both shows (they know who they are ...) & special mention to Generation24fit for going above & beyond looking after my colour pre stage/back stage/in-between & making those little nitty gritty parts of the prep (like colour) not a worry in the world it was all taken care of so thank you Seaneen. Also special mention to my beautiful partner Jade Krystle Kelly for putting up with me & my crazy prep & all your love support on & off stage so all my love to you babe Xxx Now back to normal life for a bit See more

12.01.2022 A huge shout out & congrats to Vital Symmetry competitor Jess This absolute pleasure of a young lady came to me pretty much as a backpacker just finding her feet freshly moving to W.A and has not only created a stable home & life here but along the way (working with the bare minimum) took minimum advice & began her fitness journey starting roughly above 25% body fat. Nearly all by herself managed to track food, learn what exercises to do & learn the basics to get a big ...head start on a goal to prepare for her first bikini contest. After checking in after 2ish months Jess had lost weight reduced body fat, increased muscle & strength, then decided to commit 110% to a 16 week out prep for IFBB Bikini March. This time taking every bit of prep advise given to her & literally creating the most beautiful body transformation dropping more than 1/2 of her body fat percentage that not only is pleasing to see but also presented an extremely high standard against some of the best female bodys in Perth. Well done Jess & congratulations Thank you for trusting me, thank you for trusting the process & the journey & you looked absolutely stunning on that stage. 06.01.2022 Had heaps of fun at the INBA competition today. Walked away with 3 trophies from 3 divisions in Men's Fitness, a 2nd placing and 2 3rd placings, was pretty good... considering i didnt have a long prep time. Im aware my weakest part are my legs, though i have been smashing them but its one of those muscles that take time to develop. Special thanks to my coach Peter Roy who destroyed me in the gym and gave me the diet plan to create the look i have now, and Thanks to Barbara Williams for destroying me with posing and to smile more, couldnt have done it without ya! Also thanks to my family and friends especially Jarrod Lopez, Señior Lopez, Samra Krakonja and the staff at last drop beeliar for constantly giving me support through the strict prep, Thank you! I may not have won 1st place but i feel like a champion, especially after my big feed of kfc,krispy kreme and kinder bueno bars See more
