20.01.2022 Strawberry Kiwi and Pineapple We almost didn't try this mix at all, but the sweetness of the strawberry and pineapple with the sour notes from the kiwifruit makes this such a well balanced mix. This mix is also really good when making ice blocks but would recommend a few more drops to each. 17.01.2022 MANGO & MANDARIN A perfectly balanced fruity combination introduced to us at a trade show by a 6 year old. We found the mix surprisingly good after we'd dealt with the shock that it took a 'minor' to bring this delish combo to our attention. We found even amounts of each flavour works best so in 200ml water, mix 7 drops of mango WaterDrops and 7 drops or mandarin WaterDrops. Adjust to taste if needed.

THE CLASSIC PINA COLADA Whether it's for a mocktail or a cocktail this mix is at the top of our favourites list. Now, the coconut flavour is quite strong so this is how we do it.... In 200ml water, mix 9 drops of pineapple WaterDrops and 3 drops of coconut because the flavour is quite strong and you want it to be subtle . If mixing with spirits you may need to slightly adjust the ratio. For extra flavour points, add 3 drops of banana MilkDrops. Not even kidding, it's so good and adds to that tropical island vibe.

I've used @goodhemp milk because its made of hemp seeds (obviously) and its a natural source of omega 3 which will help your body in lots of different ways. The dash of peppermint adds a surprisingly great twist to an old favourite.... 02.01.2022 WATERMELON WATERDROPS UPDATE A couple weeks ago the power was given to the people to vote for our next WaterDrops flavour where watermelon was crowned the winner. Since then we have developed 4 different watermelon variations. We always have 300 - 500 people taste test our new flavours to see what variation is the best or what improvements can be made and we were going to so this at the upcoming Christchurch and Wellington Food Shows. Unfortunately due to COVID19 these events have been cancelled. Rest assured Watermelon WaterDrops are DEFINITELY coming, but with respect to the current situation the process has been slowed considerably. KETO BANOFFEE ICE CREAM Recipe by : @goketo4kat (IG) INGREDIENTS 310 mls thickened cream 1/4 cup almond milk (or coconut milk) 1 tsp vanilla essence 3.5 tbs sweetener of your choice (I used Natvia) 1 tsp coconut oil VitalZing banana drops Keto cookies of your choice (I used 3 Viking mamma cookies) 60g unsalted butter FIRST MAKE THE ICE CREAM Beat 250mls cream, almond milk, vanilla essence, 1.5 tbs sweetener, coconut oil and banana drops until soft peaks form. Pour evenly into silicone moulds or into one freezable container NEXT MAKE THE CARAMEL Combine 60mls thickened cream, 2 tbs sweetener and 60g butter in a nonstick saucepan over med - low heat until it softly boils (make sure you never stop stirring) Continue stirring the caramel until it becomes a nice toffee colour. Should take around 25-30 mins. Allow caramel to cool down and once cooled divide between the icecream mixture. With a tooth pick, swirl the caramel around the icecream but dont overmix. BISCUIT Crush your keto friendly biscuits of choice and distribute evenly over the icecream. You can add as much or as little as you like. Place in the freezer 4 hours or until set
