23.01.2022 I'm so in love with this raw organic cake we are serving at our restaurant, Memorys this week. It was breakfast this morning with organic natural yoghurt. It's Gluten Free, Paleo and Refined sugar free. The two main ingredients are Beetroot and Brazil Nuts. Its with much thought and consideration that I have decided to end the chapter of Memorys Organics. I will finish trading on Tuesday November 8th 2016. Its time to end a big chapter of my life and take on new opportunities and challenges and in 4 weeks time I will be moving across the ditch to start the next chapter of my life. Its been a long process, but a project and process that has been dear to my heart for many years and I have been so fortunate to have been able to have the support from a lot of people close to my heart.
