24.01.2022 New blog post - Fitness Q&A ------ I sometimes get people ask me questions about my thoughts on certain fitness orientated things such as progress, food and motivation. I'm by no means an expert, but these are my personal thoughts and experiences. So, head over to vive's blog and have a read on my latest post. 18.01.2022 Perfect brunch morning. Love a simple avo smash and a nice hot soy latte. If you're on the Northside, you have to call in to Double Brass and try one of their flavoursome coffees!

04.01.2022 When the lights are turned off, the only thing left is you, so let everything you do today, be for you --- The fitness industry has really opened my eyes. This weekend I will have finished my master trainer qualification and I'm also close to becoming a qualified strength and conditioning coach. It's taken me a little longer to get there, having so many commitments - but none the less I'm almost there. Another step toward the bigger picture. One thing that has changed ...since this time last year is my outlook on the fitness industry. It's a cutthroat place to be. The fitness industry is not a glamorous place and no fitness journey is easy. One thing I now despise social media for is the misleading life stories photographs are telling. My journey has been continually changing for a number of years. I've been at my leanest, my healthiest and my unhealthiest. I've struggled to lose weight, I've been mentally drained and so depressed but I've been at my happiest too. I've struggled to have a healthy relationship with food which im overcoming and I've challenged myself to be more like everybody else and I had begun to lose my passion. Ive been focusing on stopping that. It's time for me to embrace who I am and help others to do the same. I love the fitness industry for the good and the bad and I'm going to help others see their journey for what it should be. Self improvement, each day a little step at a time. Be your raw self, because no matter what your instagram likes count is, or what your feed tells the people who follow your stories... When the lights are turned off, the only thing left is you, so let everything you do today, be for you. Look at everything as a positive step toward a goal and if it's not, make a change. Let your story be that you did everything in your power to be the best possible version of yourself, one step at a time See more
