23.01.2022 WE ARE BACK AND READY FOR 2021!! Happy New Year - we hope you all enjoyed the summer holidays! CHECK OUT the progress update from one of our current new builds which has been designed around eco friendly living. Just perfecting the finishing touches which will be completed over the next few weeks then it's time to see the finished project.. stay tuned!!

22.01.2022 we are busy busy busy... so at the moment our weekends blur into the week... But we don't mind, we cannot wait to show you all our new designs!

22.01.2022 let's talk insulation.. now that the weather is warming up, it's crucial to have a home that can adapt to the change in temperature. The Vivere Team are currently working on a project at Yengarie that has been designed to do exactly this. As you can see in the photos, insulation has been installed to the walls and ceilings. This will create a huge difference when it comes to heating/cooling and therefore, living comfort. We believe it is possible to achieve a comfortable home with the use of natural airflow with house position, windows and louvres. If our clients choose to instal air-conditioning, paired with our insulation methods it has proven to help cut down the use of air-con to be more environmental friendly and cost effective.
