It states that nationwide consumer confidence and property-buying intentions are at 7 year highs... It highlights specifically that Melbourne’s consumer confidence has surged 9% as the city comes out of lockdown. It also notes that the "time to buy a dwelling" index surged 8% from 122.2 to 132 the highest reading since November 2013. The index is 11% above its level from a year ago.
